Talsofts Introduces Direct Top Up

By clicking the top up my phone link when purchasing credit, customers mobile phones will directly receive the top up.
Topping up your Flow or Digicel mobile account has become much easier with direct top up introduced by Talsoft Solutions.
In order to use this new feature, customers must update the mobile number and the mobile carrier information on their profile. The customer profile is accessible from the User Dashboard when he or she clicks the My Dashboard link at the top of the page. Under the heading My Account in the dashboard, the customer will see the profile link. We recommend that our customers fill in all the information on their profile so that they can access present and future features of the site without issues.
Once the user clicks the top up my phone checkbox when purchasing the credit, the user's cell number on the profile will be topped up. This new feature will save the user time and in some cases frustration. If an error occurs during the automated top up process and the user did not receive the credit, the credit voucher number can be added manually to the user's account by customer by clicking the appropriate button.
